Poor Customer Service
I have been tremendously let down by Scott's visas to the point we have been left with no option but to cancel a trip we were scheduled to take. The commitments they make surrounding timescales in my experience are false and there seemingly is no effort made by Scotts to uphold them. The website specifically states a 2 day turnaround on the visas I required which was not met and even upon complaint to the managing director, the was no further action taken to uphold the timescale - the MD was completely non-commital and undecisive which can only feed down the business. Following my expensive mistake, I would not recommend using Scott's visas.
