Just 1 "Good will" charge refund

Now gimme money THAT'S WHAT I WANT that's what I want THAT'S WHAT I WANT" ~Flying Lizzards 1979 Well I have been a thoroughly loyal banker at Santander for numerous years now with a Mortgage (yes right here being a first time homeowner i was conned into that endowment one) and many bills which I pay through direct debit which i was told i could not have an overdraft on i wonder if this could be in case it goes overdrawn for whatever reason i can pay some nice charges?) it certainly worked, by the way you only have one get out of jail free "good will" refund which i was told today, If i have anything to share about my experience’s at Santander ( mainly concerning the branches in 35 Old Church Road, Chingford London, E4 6SJ Santander ) i could summarise as nothing other then years of “Legal” robbery who wield the law & use all their powers & knowledge to try to take as much money they can from you. They are no different from the burglar who broke into my home as my children slept and stole my Wife’s wedding rings, nonchalantly rummaged around my trouser pockets & also took the loose change while I slept, But at least with a burglar you know where you stand, these inhuman people have to hide behind a counter in a suit & tie. Bottom line i really would not recommend any person to bank with Santander especially with this branch as they have a long tradition of employing incompetent arrogant staff. If you have any questions I would be more than happy to share some of the fiasco’s which I have been put through with this bank as it requires more than 2000 words to fit in this review.
