Rudest staff in London
This is my nearest branch but the rudeness and deliberate unpleasantness of the staff has reduced me to tears on more than one occasion. The last time I was humiliated in front of a long queue when an assistant continually took the p when I was having problems using a self scan machine. I complained but they don't care! Unfortunately have to travel further to avoid this terrible store.
