....have used all their competitors from Aston Matthews to West One and must say sincerely that overall Potter are far better on friendliness and service. You can't go wrongwith them!

i used pp about 5-6 years ago and the service was second to none , a great bunch of informed people with a great understanding of product ! now the have a rude manager and staff lifted straight out of tesco it would seem .....bring back the staff you had ...please.
