Too expensive to use & not as agreed
I booked them to replace 4 radiators at a set price per hour labour. When plumber came early I wasn't ready & he wouldn't do job and insisted he obtain a quote for me from his office for the whole job. This was £1499 plus vat excluding the parts over 2 days. I declined and had to pay £180 just for the quote! Plumber spent most of the hour long visit arguing with me I will complain to trading standards. No apology from customer service when the called me to ask why I was leaving negative reviews. Company also reported my revue on TrustPilot & it was removed!

Impressed
I would just like to add how impressed I was with Simon Clegg who carried out the work this morning, he made an effort to take time to explain the problem in reassuring detail.. refreshing!! I welcome him back to complete the necessary follow up work in a few weeks.

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
They are quick to take payment but when I complained on an issue they really didn't care - I was promised one thing on the phone and was told a completely different story when the engineer visited. I called their customer care line but they really aren't bothered once they've received payment. NEVER NEVER USE PIMLICO PLUMBERS

Great Guys
could not be happier with these guys. I called as my boiler broke down and within the hour the guys were round and the problem was sorted. Could not be happier!!!

DO NOT USE THEM
The plumber showed up 25mins late and spent a long time obtaining things from the van for a 5 mins job. Charges started from the time he parked his van miles away from my flat! He also recommended knocking down walls to change some parts but this was confirmed to be untrue by another plumber who sorted out the problem in 15 mins.
