Pilates Plus is a dynamic studio based in Westcombe Park, Blackheath London. It is 1 minute walk from Westcombe Park train station. We specialise in Pilates reformer classes (max 6 people) and matwork classes (max 9 people) . Galina Bell is the fully qualified practitioner/ Pilates educator and is also an Osteopath so there is emphasis on Pilates one to one for rehabilitation and also classes which people recovering from an injury can attend.
