Mountgrange Heritage is not your typical Notting Hill estate agent. Proudly independent, we are owned by the people who run the company day to day. This makes a real difference to the way we operate. We can be more agile than other, larger agents and don't have a head office or shareholders to consider – meaning all of our efforts are focussed squarely on our clients.

We have three offices in London based in the heart of the community in Notting Hill, Kensington, and North Kensington. From these offices we cover a wide area including the boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham and Brent.

Independent estate agents – our history

Mountgrange Heritage was founded in 1999 in Notting Hill. The agency underwent a management buy-out in summer 2009 by the team of Directors who now run the business day to day.

Since 2009 we have gone from strength to strength opening a new office in North Kensington and expanding our reach north to Kensal Rise and Queens Park, south to Chelsea and Knightsbridge and west to Marylebone.
