worst kitchen installation in my life. Executive summury: current kitchen installation delay 2 months due to repeated manufacturing or delivery mistakes, appolingly low communication , terrible coordination of subcontracted providers, deny of any resposibilities for own mistakes , zero interest to help client. Place my order for kitchen, appliances, work top and glass splash back in august 2015. Was pursued by sale manager to go for a package with a promise of non hassle , end to end installation managment. The kitchen installation was schedule on 2 nov and should be accomplished by 2 dec. It is now 2 jan and they still did not manage to accomplish kitchen installation with wag promised to do it one day in 2016 ( it is not a joke , they refuse to privide a specific date) Issues failed to deliver wine rack . Delivery delay was 42 days failed to manufacture and deliver upper gap filler panel twice. Failed to manufacture side gap filler panels twice. First time forget to manufacture, second time manufactured wrong size panel. It is simply impossible to recieve a clear answer on when missing parts can be manufacured and installed. My project coordinator sits in South Africa and has no cappacity to influence and coordinate installation work in UK of the kitchen manufactured in Germany . They tend to blame Haeker for all mistakes and use it as excuse for lack of on ground coordination. Failed to install splash back on time. 2 weeks manufacturing delay and in addition on installation stage wrong color trim . Unfortunately you can not trust their words on design sign off stage either. They promise you some features , in my case was a metal spice rack, and on installation stage you will learn that they technically can not do it. Oops , we are so sorry again - the only reply you will get. The level of communication is appallingly low: no reply on your e mails, no reply on your calls, it will be your daily job to chase your coordinator, deny attitude from operation manager and no interest to fix own mess.Unfortunately it can even go to extreme of threatening you as a client that if you are not happy with their no exact date commitment approach ( it practically means lwk kitchen have commited to maufacture and install your kitchen one day in future which suits them with no deadline at all, and if it will be months and months of delays - sorry it is your problem ) we will only compensate you the cost of missing, miss measured, non delivered elements and it will be your trouble to find another company that can accomplish your kitchen project. Summury: my experience has shown that you will pay 20 k for a reasonable good german kitchen accompanied with appallingly low customer service, poorly coordinated manufacturing and installation, pleasure to chase on daily basis, no clarity and no commitment on any timing and managment that do not care. Your choice if you up for it !!!! I personaly deeply regret that i have choosen LWK kitchen as my kitchen provider . It was 3 months of nightmare with potential upcoming legal litigation.
