I Got Buff!
Finally after 7 years in a gym and stuff holding the 'fat back' like it was a winter coat in sub zero conditions I finally got myself a trainer. I go to The Gym at covent garden booked a session with Neil, he was amazing throughout the 60 mins. And 4 months on, he still blows me away with his new techniques, the size of the weights he gets me to lift and his constant motivation during the session, and the mid week texts to keep me going. An all round walking talking Fitness God ... Ha! I really mean it! Thanks a million Neil.
