It was my first time booking. And the customer service was so poor that i am willing to take legal action. I was forced and told tonoay 90£ for there mistake. He booked a ticket with my fathers name istead of my partners name. There was no communication whatsoever. I am half deaf and pregnant and he was laughing at me.
