There are quite a lot of pilates studios in the West London area as you can imagine! What's different about Kinesis is that you can be of any age or physical background and fit in. This lovely bright studio just off the corner of Ladbroke Grove is a hidden gem, I highly recommend a visit, if you want to start REAL Pilates, exercise within a lovely environment, learn a technique that actually works, oh and you definitely get your moneys worth!

Super studio
Fantastic staff in a great location. I went to Kinesis against my better judgement, not usually having much time for 'alternative' cures for my broken body. However, half an hour with one of the practitioners here fixed me up and given longer I think they might get me back into the kind of shape I was in ten years ago. Doctor's queues and more extra strong Nurofen for my aching body? I'd rather spend some time with Kinesis Studio's friendly staff and walk out a fitter man.
