worst chinese takeaway and customer service

Ordered Chinese takeaway on 21/09/14 and spent over £50.00 and when it arrived 3 items were missing including pancakes for the duck starter course. When we rang we received no apology and waited another 30 minutes for the Pancakes to arrive we than discovered we had no sweet and sour sauce for the main course or Prawn Crackers. When we rang back again the person was rude and unhelpful and said we should have mention the sauce missing the first time no apology. When we saw the food we could not believe how overcooked and tried out it was like it had been reheated several times. We were unable to eat the food and threw most of it away. When we tried to complain and speak to the manager of the shop we was told that's how the food is and the manager was not able to speak to us. The sweet and sour chicken balls were rock hard and by the time the sauce arrived about 45 minutes later the food was cold. Never had such bad food delivered and such unhelpful staff we completely wasted our money and time and the food should not be allowed to be sent out like this.
