I soon realised I wouldn’t be able to complete my move myself, so I called Hackney Removals in hope of at least receiving some advice but they provided a complete move. Their quotations mirrored the help I needed and ensured I paid just what I required.

They saved me from my nightmare
Aside from anything else, moving house can be deathly boring. Especially with two small children and one giant husband-shaped child. It takes a very long time and there are long periods of just waiting around. Invariably one of the kids discovers the toy they want RIGHT NOW is hidden in the bottom of a very carefully packed box (and that includes my husband with his latest gadgets, too!) and all hell breaks loose. Hackney Removals got the job done really fast, but not just that – they were great with the kids too. And that includes my husband!

As a single mom I have no time to sleep let alone initiate a moving. My brother hired Hackney Removals to plan my moving and make it happen. And thankfully, because I could never do it without them. They were perfect from the beginning to the end and we are all grateful. Also, I would like to say special thanks to Anthony Peters for being so nice to my little boys.

The guys were really helpful
Due to a sporting accident that happened about two years ago, I find it hard lifting things – especially heavy items. I usually leave that kind of thing down to my husband, but a few weeks ago I was moving on my own and I needed a company that offered lifting help. I told my predicament to Hackney Removals, a removals company I found on the internet, and they assured me that the removal guys would do all the lifting and so on. At first I thought it was just an advertising tactic to lure me in, but, it wasn’t. The guys were really helpful and they did everything: the loading, unloading, carrying boxes – everything!

I was under a lot of stress
After reading lots of great things on different websites and in the media about Hackney removals I decided to hire their services for when I came to relocate. I was under a lot of stress and wanted everything to go right and thanks to everyone at this company, I was able to relocate freely and without any unnecessary hassle and fuss. What really amazed me and pleased me about this company is that they all knew exactly what they were doing and I noticed that every member of staff acted as though they were a valuable cog in the machine that made their business run and operate in the efficient way that it does. Brilliant work and a great team.

There was a slight delay
I booked a date with Hackney removals after being acquainted with a pleasant lady from customer service. From experience, I’ve often found that customer service is usually rubbish and the people you’re on the phone to hardly know what they are talking about. The lady at Hackney removals, however, was far from it. She gave me really useful information, packing tips and responded to all of my questions promptly. There was a slight delay with the removal men as they arrived a bit late but overall the company was superb and would use them again for sure.
