Bought a pair of boots. They arrived as one size 4 and one size 6. I tried to return the boots but they refused to give me any return details and refused to acknowledge any correspondence. I ended up having to make a claim through Visa. No point in dealing with people like this - there are plenty more out there that won't waste your time.
