My approach - I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means that I work in a flexible way so that your needs are met. The starting point is person-centred, which means that I will work hard to understand your experiences through your eyes. What I offer - There are times when we all need to talk to someone. An experienced counsellor can help you to regain control over your life and make changes in a positive way. I will provide you with a supportive, confidential and non-judgmental counselling and coaching service to make sense of your experiences. Sessions are available face-to-face or online, and these can be arranged at a time that suits you. I also offer supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors.
