Paper in pastry and very rude manager
Unfortunately I found some paper on the pastry I ordered for myself and little one. When I raised this with one of the staff she offered not to charge for it. The Manager then appeared and was very confrontational and demanded that I pay. After telling me it was baking paper I explained it was not good for my little one to be ingesting it, nor was it pleasant to be tasting paper with the pastry. He then involved the other customers in the discussion, one of whom said he should not charge as a good will gesture. Regrettably, despite the positive experiences had by others ours was extremely unpleasant. Had the Manager been more dignified about it, I would never have had any cause to rate this place so poorly.
