I put off installing my dated bathroom for ages as I couldn't face the hassle. But eventually found the Aston Matthews website and bought everything on-line. You can even talk to REAL people for proper advice. Basin, bath, loo and taps all arrived on time and now look great. Thank you Aston Matthews for a very professional service.

can't fault them
I had several queries regarding what would be right for my bathroom and was very impressed by the helpful advice provided over the phone even though I was shopping from the website. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition (including a cast iron bath) and my bathroom now looks fantastic.

So Poor
They are super efficient before you have handed over your cash and then sooooo poor afterwards. Watch out for the sneaky 20 per cent 'restocking' charge for anything you need to return, which is conveniently missing from the website. Incredibly condescending when I suggested this felt like a sneaky move. Would never go there again and suggest you don't either.
