My family experience with this carer agency has been a HORRIFIC. They sent in untrained carers for a stoke patient. They was no risk or manual handling assessment completed after 4 days of my brother being at home The acting manger, the carers assuror and the carers themselves where unable to demonstrate how to move a stoke patient, this is abuse there is no other name for. All you people out there that are unfortunate enough to have to go thought what myself and family are going though now, please stay clear of this agency this is not just a moon, this is a warming to keep your family members safe
