Good Coffee in a chain is possible !
Apostrophe has been a welcome addition to London - very good coffee and decent boulangerie/patisserie snacks and all from a chain.For me Starbucks does not serve coffee so when not near a proper cafe like Monmouth or the few one of Italians who show some respect to their heritage (rather than focusing on profit margins by serving awful cheap coffee at inflated prices) I would go for Cafe Nero or Costa but it now seems that Apostrophe is top of the chains - hope they can keep the quality up as they expand !
