Spanish restaurant and tapas bar serving the best tapas in London and a fixed set menu for pre and after theatre.

Small, quiet straightforward restaurant with a big tapas menu, also paella and some main dishes. We didn't want to wait 30 minutes for the paella so we had the principal dishes: my friends had the rump steak (escalope de ternera) which was nicely seared pieces, still pink inside with potatoes and crispy carrots y todo; I had the hake (merluza a la vasca) which was a lightly breaded fillet in a sauce with baby clams, peas and a slice of boiled egg - delicious! For dessert the home made creme caramel was fresh (unusual in London) and better than the crepe with chocolate sauce. We had to ask for bread on arrival and later for the dessert menu - whatever other wonders they have I don't know as we didn't think to ask. All in all pretty good and we would go again to sample the tapas or paella.

Hidden away between Haymarket and Leicester Square Andalucia is a fun little place. Kind of small and tucked away under the street it can get a little noisy, but mid week it's easy to get a table and the service is fast.I've had just about every veggie option on the menu and have never been let down. Pretty cheap night out of you take a few friends... just go easy on the sangria.
