Basement shower leak
Have had a leak in my shower stall for the past 4 years or so. Tried replacing the washers but still had a leak. When even the seats wouldn't come out I knew to call in a professional. They came out in minutes and even had a full stash of replacement parts handy in their truck. Now the shower stall is dry and I'm happy with the service I received.

Bathroom shower broken
Our tenants shower broke the day before a long weekend. We called this company and had instant communication. They had a man on the job within an hour and our tenant is thrilled she will not be spending this long weekend without a shower.

Kitchen faucet replace
I tried to remove the old faucet myself but gave up.So I called several plumbers and I chose this company because they offered a very competitive service and very friendly office staff. Service guy came out on time and carried a great faucet on the truck which he installed.

Ceiling drip, hiddlen leak
Evening hours advertised got me to make the call, and from there every little thing, from setting an appointment and minimizing the mess to hunting down the leak and getting it fixed - these guys were professional, considerate and thorough. Leaking bathtub
After bathing my 2 toddlers, I found a puddle under the tub and in a light fixture downstairs. After finding this company on Google, plumber arrived and found our problem in a timely fashion. He was respectful, helpful, and made suggestions to improve our bathroom. I will use them in the future most definitely.

Toilet valve replacement
The plumber, was very courteous and friendly. He quickly determined the problem with the toilet and proceeded to provide a documented quote for repair. He then installed a new, more efficient, valve within 30 minutes after arriving. Would recommend them to others.

Bathroom sink and faucet replacement
I had a bathroom sink and faucet replaced and technician did it in less than an hour after we have discussed all that needed to be done. Leaking bathtub faucet
Phoned this company was great - answering all of my questions and took away my anxiety. Very comforting. Then technician showed up - early even! - and was completely professional. Gave me a couple of options and helped me decide the best course of action. Job was completed that day and I was very happy with the results. Smelly drains that were not primed by odour builder
We live in a brand new custom built house and you would think that the builder would have primed our floor drains but they did not.We called in this company and they provided some solutions that are very effective and we are very pleased with their results.I already recommended them to my neighbours who have similar smell problems.Thanks very much.

The owner arrived with a co-worker, and they were extremely prompt in arriving. After putting shoe covers on to keep everything clean, they diagnosed the problem quickly. ice maker installation
We have know this company for over 6 years now and they are fantastic plumber to know. We purchased a new GE Profile fridge 2 years ago. It was installed by the appliance company and we never had ice or water to our fridge. We called this company in this week and they installed a new valve and hardware and we now have full water pressure to our water dispenser on our fridge a nice cold ice to follow. Cheers to these guys.

Leaking toilet and supply valve

Major plumbing disaster-- solved!
It started with a bad smell in the basement and turned into a nightmare that technician from this company solved. He came over after an emergency call on Sunday. Once he diagnosed the problem, he had a team in the next day to execute the solution. The team was professional, responsive, communicative and great to work with. Slow leak in basement repaired
This company did a good job of responding quickly to this problem. They were competent, friendly and polite. While repairing the leak, they also spotted a problem with the laundry hoses (very old, and potentially going to rip or burst) so suggested replacing them while they were there. They did a good and thorough job and I would definitely use them again. I recommend them to others.

I found this company response time unbeatable (on sight within 1.5 hours of my call). I was very impressed with the straightforward discussion with the site supervisor, who presented me with several options and the potential risks/benefits of each. His crew worked in a professional manner and thoroughly cleaned the work site prior to leaving.

Complete Trap Removal and Sewer Line Removal
We were extremely impressed with this company and our main technician . They diagnosed our exterior trap and interior sewer line problem quickly and showed me where the problems were and gave me a couple of options on proceeding. All in all I'd highly recommend this company from both an quality and honesty perspective.

Having completed several renovations and required many tradesmen it was truly a pleasure dealing with the staff at this company. I had a total of six different people on site at different times, they were all helpful and all showed up exactly when they said they would. To the minute. unknown source of water leaking into basement
Representatives were relentless and thorough in conducting an investigation to find the source of water flowing into my basement, and it paid off! They found a broken incoming water line, and had a repair team lined up promptly.They are honest, professional and reliable guys who give you the straight goods. My questions were always answered, sometimes before I had to ask them.They are so organized, hardworking, knowledgeable, and TIDY! They replaced water and sewage lines, and even did more than they were required to do. I would say this is a very ethical company with a conscience and a desire do things right. I thank them all so much.

Interior sewer line rebuild, and drain clearings
Field technicians , supervisor, their in-ground crew, and the guy on the front desk: courteous, fast, prompt, efficient, kind, patient, thorough, and fair on interior sewer line collapse that off-lined our entire house. Ditto their assistance with follow-up blockages of feeder drains. Highest recommendation.

Plumbing Service, Two toilets, one replacement, one drainage
Over a holiday weekend, both our toilets broke down. Disaster! We called and received prompt service. We knew both workers from previous calls. snaking drain
My basement drain was flooding with water. We couldn't even do a wash or wash any dishes cause my basement was filling with water. I called this company, they were very professional and prompt. Plumber came over that same day, Sunday, and resolved the issue. I felt they were honest, explained things thoroughly and the price was reasonable.

Clearing clogged Toilet
I had three young children playing in my basement. One of them put a ceramic toy cup in the toilet. I was unable to snake it clear myself, so I called this company. They arrived promptly in about an hour, as promised, and cleared the cup out in about 45 minutes. The toilet works great and there is now a child proof lock on the basement washroom door!

Water backing up in the basement. Blockage determined due to tree roots. Good, fast, courteous, service. Inside trap plugged due to tree roots, dug up and removed (inside traps no longer part of the building code); an outside section also replaced due to tree roots.

Clogged kitchen sink drain
It's been 3 days that we're suffering from clogged sink when i finally tried to look for a plumber company online. I found this company site very impressive so i called just for a quote. Within 2 hours or so, technician came and look into it and told me right away how much it will cost me. i agreed to it. He came prepared and fixed the problem right away.He even changed some parts of our sink that's rusting(might have cause another problem in the future)free of charge.He left our kitchen clean and no awful smell. Drain backup
I called up this company and they had someone at my place within hours. Technician showed up early, investigated the problem, explained my options and then proceeded to scope my drainage problem with a camera thingamabob. He showed me the problem with roots in my drain and provided me with some options. He then proceeded to clear up the immediate problem. Throughout the whole experience he was professional, knowledgeable and competent. Great guy as well. And, the price was reasonable!

Needed to have bathroom taps adjusted. Done in 5 minutes. Needed to have washing machine re hooked up properly after a contractor made a mess. Should have had this company do it in the first place.

My household water supply line broke before the shutoff valve
This company responded promptly, courteously and professionally. Their service and support amazed me given what I had come to expect today. Representative came by to take a look at our plumbing problems we had like 4 issues, he was very helpful and polite really informative even pointed out a leak that was coming from our roof. I would highly recommend this company to my friends its more expensive then other companies but if you want the best you gotta pay. I go to sleep better knowing my problems were fix by a professional.

Backed up sewer drain
We had issues with our sewer drain backing up. We called Saturday night and they were able to come first thing the Sunday morning. From the camera inspection we found that we had a major root problem in our drain. They immediately gave us a quote and were able to begin escavation the next day. After 9 hours of labour, our house was free flowing once again. Throughout the process they were upfront and were constantly communicating their progress. We never felt pressured or in the dark.

Basement flooding

Repair / correct problems revealed in home inspection report
We hired this company to address a number of plumbing issues that we were made aware of through a home inspection before the purchase of our house. Serviceman was sent and from the minute he came in the house he was professional, courteous and efficient in his work. He made a total of three visits to the house and completed all the work required as promised. There is no doubt that we will use this company in the future.

exceptional service
We have a leaky tap/pipe. I called Robert based on the reviews he got on the network. He was punctual, courteous and very professional. Was able to troubleshoot the issue with ease and it was found out that we had to replace the faucet. He gave us the option to replace the parts but we thought it'll be best to replace the faucet itself. Good, reliable faucet and even cheaper than those from the big retail stores. No more leaky faucet and we are happy. Highly recommended!

very pleasant and professional
i called Billy when i discovered water which turned out to be sewage in my basement which continued to back up in my basement every time i flushed the toilet or showered. he came ASAP and assessed the situation. he was very pleasant and professional. and he had a crew out the next day to remove to blocked pipe and install a new one, 11 feet under ground. the workers where quick, proficient, and completely cleaned up after the job was complete. i will definitely call him again for my plumbing issues and would recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber.

Amazing Plumbing Company did a great job at our house. I would certainly use them again and definitely recommend them others. After I initially called Valentin, he called me back right away, and he fit me into his schedule the very next day. He arrived when he said he would, he stuck to the estimate that we talked about on the phone and he did some extra work for me that we hadn't previously discussed. He was careful to cover his shoes when walking inside the house and he was mindful of not damaging the hardwood flooring with any water. He is very professional, courteous and an obviously experienced plumber. He finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the mess. I am very pleased with Amazing Plumbing Company's work.

Trustworthy
We woke up at 3 in the morning to a flooded basement due to a break in the washing machine hose. The shut off valve didn't work either so we couldn't stop the water. We called lots of plumbers but Owen was the first to call back and provided great service. A very nice guy and came across as very honest and trustworthy. Will use him again!

happy with the results
I needed someone to take out my old laundry sink and install a new sink/tub that I bought. The work also included replacing the pipes and valves that go into the washing machine. I was surprised to find that other plumbing companies did not provide a free estimate (they would charge to estimate). Valentin quickly provided a very detailed (free) estimate by email with the pictures that I took, and within 2 days he had the job done! He was very professional and kept the work area clean at all times. The job went exactly as estimated, and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend his work to everyone.

Good work
The company send us a plumber team who came to our home to detect and repair water hammering issues. Working from the basement to the top floor they were able to correctly locate and correct the problems that other technicians/installers were unable to do.
