Emergency out of hours . FARCE

After calling the emergency number TWICE and being diverted to a voice mail for a genuine emergency we were ignored and did not receive a call back. We phoned the MSPCA and eventually got a vet from a different practice to help. Unfortunately our pet died after two days of pain. Don't rely on this practices emergency help. DISGRACEFUL!
