Wedding marquee hire

Awful customer service. First quote given by Dave, shook hands in agreement and was told to send a mail with the details and finalise payment etc. reply email came back listing different figures. Ok so agreed on the new higher price. 2 days before wedding advised marquee dirty but no options provided and the lady even made a remake lucky that she's calling to tell us! So we then had to ask if they can provide another marquee which they agreed. But also told us we would need extra flooring ... More money! They way she spoke was as if we should be lucky she's providing the marquee!! But we agreed. When we saw the marquee we were so disappointed the actual marquee the lining and swags were so creased and it just looked awful like their customer service! I would never recommend them!! If I could give them negative star I would!
