a waiting mess.
Honestly this place is cheap but the customer service is terrible, my hair didnt look anything like i wanted it too. i booked an appointment for 3 and i wanted to have my hair cut and dyed.. When i finally got saw at 5:20 i was told i cannot get it dyed because she was too tired to do it..I also thought it was disrespectful of them to start bitching about the customer who left when i arrived.. I would prefer to pay an extra £10 and go some where nicer. I am a regular customer but this will be the last time i come here.
