Shame I can't rate 0 Star :(
In my opinion, they are only beaten to the post on worst customer service ever by the garage that supplied the car they financed. Seriously, I'd rate them as 0 star given the chance, 1 out of five is too high. I have a car that hasn't worked for months (i've had 8 weeks total use of it, and no courtesy car), and am preparing to take them to court. My account is apparently on hold, yet they still send letters demanding payment and 'black mark' my credit file. In my opinion they really aren't interested in problems, only receiving payments. I'm sure they've got lots of happy customers. Sadly I join the pile that are far from happy. Draw your own conclusions

Poor Customer Care Service
Terrible communication problems with Carlyle Finance they are like Rottweiler's and they operate in a pack. If you have a problem they don't want to know, whatever is on their computer screens in front of their noses is fact and it will not be changed at all costs. Uncompromising, uncaring, load of fools. If you buy a Car don't buy it with finance from Carlyle Finance, I regret ever getting to know them. Keep clear of them!
