We are a one to one confidential counselling service based in the town of Pontypridd. We provide a safe and non judgmental environment allowing you the time and space to seek the answers to your prooblems.
Working together with a trained Counsellor allows you to look at your life in ways you may not have considered before and to gain insight and understanding as to how you think and feel.
Counselling provides you with the space to reflect on your situation with someone who is not personally involved and who does not judge or criticise. It gives you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings and in doing so find solutions that you are comfortable with.
We are a member of the BACP, fully CRB checked and hold professional insurance.
