never use it!!!!!

Terrible service. They shaved off my Pomeranian's fur and have been very rude. Unprofessional groomers, mostly part time school students working here. Animal cruelty! Workers are racists! Never will be using it again. My dog had stress for over a month after their service and his fur won't grow back for a long time now, where they shaved it off. My dog is a stud Pomeranian and we lost lots of money because of their service. Owner of this dog groomer doesn't care about complaints! We have seen how they are treating other dogs. Poor creatures are literally crying when the groomers are brushing them with inappropriate tools by ripping out fur. They also lied and tried to justify why they shaved off our Pomeranian's fur, but our dog's fur is always in good condition and needed only a wash and a trim. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG!
