WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED
So far it is four days without water for me. Contacted them on Friday morning, about my electric immersion heater not working, got call back, a guy, Jake, or Jack, said that he wouldn't send anyone around until monday as their spare parts place was closed. Persuaded them, despite heavy sighs on his part, to send someone that evening. They send a helpful man whose expertise is gas boilers though. Said they would call 10am today and someone over, haven't heard from them, and not answering. 0/10
