We had a lock emergency whilst we were on holiday and were so lucky that we were able to call upon AP Higgs’ services. Our pet sitter had called round to find that her recently cut key did not work in the lock. Luckily for us, Andrew was able to gain entry to the home and replace the faulty lock. He let us know every step of the way what was needed and we felt really reassured that, although we were miles away feeling helpless, that our home was secure and our animals safe.
