Sloppy and Careless
We placed an order online and sent measurements for a Halloween costume. What arrived was about 3-4 sizes too small. Now they're refusing to sew one with the correct measurements until we PAY to send the wrong one back. There's no way we'd get the correct one in time for Halloween, but they just don't care. This is a very cheap costume with terrible material -- it's hardly worth ruining relationships with customers over, especially considering how expensive it was. I have to file through eBay/my credit card to get the money refunded. This is terrible and sloppy business.
