I'm Michelle, a psychodynamic and behavioural therapist who specialises in psychotherapy and the use physiology in counselling and behavioural work. By integrating all aspects of my work into each session, I am able to assist all manner of clients, helping them learn how and why we act the way we do. A lot of my training is in mental health, which means I can identify the route of a problem, analysing the client's background to discover triggers. Over the course of my career I have gained various certificates from training courses, while I have also worked in association with The Jeremy Kyle Show.

My sessions are not just about negativity and psychological problems - many of my clients enjoy their sessions and the experiance of self development. The sessions are often centred on self-development, soul searching, and empowerment, which makes them perfect for clients who find themselves low in confidence.
