About us

Our family have crofted this land on the Northern Edge of the Great Wilderness for generations, situated between sparkling Little Loch Broom and the Majestic Mountains of the West Highlands, it's always been a very special place for us and provides a breath-taking backdrop for our brewery.

In 2001 we added craft to our croft, and An Teallach Ale Company was born. Our aim was to brew great beer on the croft. We had some of the finest ingredients on our doorstep, cascading down the magnificent Ardessie Falls and adding only the finest malts and hops we were able to succeed in our goal and have been creating award winning beer ever since.

Over the years we've been perfecting our craft and expanding our range and we now brew a wide variety of beers from Pale Summer Ales to Dark and Mysterious Stouts as well as our crisp and refreshing Scotia Lager.
