The cottage sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. Downstairs is designed for easy access for wheel-chair users, with bedroom, wet-room, and family kitchen . We are ideally place for exploring the beautiful Borders countryside, with its historic houses, lovely walks, and opportunities for golfing, fishing, cycling, and yet have a pleasant 30 min drive into Edinburgh City Centre. Dogs can enjoy a run in our 30 acre meadow, and guests can dangle a fishing-rod in our half-mile stretch of the River Lyne.
