A Vintage Tea Room serving Teas, Filter coffee and fruit juices, to drink, and to eat, scones (served with our own jams of course), and cakes baked in the kitchen daily, also a fine range of locally produced tray bakes.
Jackie along with her partner Ray have transformed the empty space that was once the cafe to a vintage style tea room with tables and chairs that you feel have stories to tell, whilst sipping your tea from a china cup. A place to sit and relax, to look and read about the1850 built flax mill that you now sit in. The original barrel vaulted ceiling with iron frame posts and beams socketed at the column heads can be clearly seen above you and the original stone work around the entrance door.
