Shocking business

I worked here for a little under 2 years as a,qualifiedweaving techy, and having worked for so many textiles companies over 10 years this was by far the worst company I have ever worked for. I was bullied, discriminated against for my mental health and all the women were being bullied by the same 3 individuals with imferior complexes. When I finally spoke up they decided to pay me off rather than deal with the serious workplace issues myself and others were experiencing. No love lost there! There was little to no health and safety and on days when health and safety would come to inspect it was a rat race to "make the workplace LOOK safe". Since then i have ran my own lucrative and successful business. Ill never work for anyone else ever again after this experience. I have people working for me now and I would never treat them the way I was treated here. The pay was rubbish, the bosses shout ans swear at the women and reduce them to tears!
