Disappointed

I booked Road Runner Entertainment after them telling me they were the best and seeing their impressive claims on their site. This however, proved to be a mistake. I received my confirmation of my booking with them yet despite that on the night of my Mum's surprise 60th they failed to turn up! I called and they claimed to have no details of my booking, then claimed to have sent a cancellation, which myself nor the venue had received. The venue managed to arrange a last minute disco for us but this was 2 hours after my Mum arrived and we were charged allot more than we anticipated. Road Runner Entertainment acted unprofessionally and did not give the customer service they boast about on their site. Their response to me after the event and when they discovered that they did in fact have my booking was "...it was over looked". My family and I we're really let down by this company!
