Poor standard disappointing service
Hired a marquee for my daughters wedding & was bitterly disappointed at the quality of the flooring fitted. One end of marquee where service was to be held had uneven wooden flooring with serious trip hazards due to the varying heights of the floor with some parts of the flooring sinking beneath your feet when you walked on it you felt you were walking on a boat in water at some spots. The other end was carpeted which meant tripping hazard was reduced but the flooring underneath the carpet had considerable give to it when you walked on it. When contacted company to return to marquee to resolve the poor condition of the flooring they stated they couldn’t after a great deal of discussion they eventually agreed to see if they could get more carpet to us however when they phoned back they advised they were unable to deliver & fit carpet until the following day which was day of wedding too late to be a workable solution. We were left to try & improve the condition of the flooring ourselves. Poor service expecting the customer to resolve their poor quality workmanship & even poorer standards to walk away & consider that what they were leaving behind was a good standard. Venue stated they have had other companies erect marquees on the same site & they did not leave flooring in such poor condition. Would NOT recommend this company poor quality but still charge high end prices
