Very unhappy

I am absolutely distraught by my surgery by Dr John and lack of aftercare. Neck and jawline facelift has left my looking like a freak. One side of my face is so different from the other and Signature clinic are not interested, they say because Dr John is happy then that’s it. I have a scar beneath each of my ears which is raised and looks absolutely awful. I had surgery and was never contacted for my three month surgery review. I saw further along the line that I was seeing issues and I emailed them to signature clinic and was only then offered a review. I arranged my review and Dr John wasn’t really friendly like he was on the day of surgery. He looked at my face and after listening to my concerns he said he would do vaser liposuction. My left side of the face is still sagging and my right is tighter but could do with more tightening. I was happy to be offered this correction procedure and thanked him. I expressed my concern about my raised lumpy scars and he said to use a cream but did t offer me this cream. Dr John told me that he would get someone to get in touch with me to arrange dates but he never did so after a few weeks I contacted to chase up to get a return email saying that it would cost me a further 3k for the surgery. I was floored and felt sick. I can’t afford that and the thought of having this freaky face is just soul destroying. I wrote back explaining that I thought this was to correct the surgery that had left me disfigured and I was told it was not a revision surgery and therefore not free. I then emailed again stating how awful I felt and that I had to wear my hair down which I hate doing to hide my scars. Signature clinic did t care, no interest at all, it seemed they’d had my money and that was that. I then emailed again telling them how I felt and how I hated this freaky face and all through all my emails I’ve included pictures as evidence. Dr John never took the time to do after pictures on my revision and he just wasn’t interested. I then said that I was planning on writing reviews to show my story and warn others that they need to be careful when picking signature clinic as their aftercare is poor. I then was threatened by them that they were going to take legal action on me for being nasty to staff , abuse and malice and all sorts. I have never been nasty to anyone and the only person I’ve been nasty to/about is myself and calling my face a my freaky face. I replied to them saying that they can take legal action against me because everything I’ve ever said is on email and down in black and white along with my pictures. I wrote a review on Instagram and it was instantly removed and I was blocked, I asked how I could write my review on their website and they ignored that in one of their emails. If you look on google you’ll see a reviews and the bad ones mirror what I am saying. They cannot remove google reviews but they can from other site so you’re seeing mainly good reviews and as it appears from my experience that they ‘manage’ their reviews. It was never about money or getting a free treatment when I went to the follow up appointment that I had to instigate, it was just about getting my left side fixed to match the right. That’s all I wanted. I’m left feeling like a freak and being threatened by Signature clinic for speaking my truth. I will be setting up a blog to show my before and after pictures and people will be able to see it and decide their next step. I will not be threatened for speaking out, freedom of speech and to you Signature clinic, you can only sue untruths and I have every email ever sent to you and there is nothing in them you can use against me. I will add all our correspondence to my blog and people can then judge for themselves as well as see my before and after pictures. At the end of the day their lack of after are has let them and me down badly. All I wanted was for the left side of my face to be corrected to match the right. The right could do with being tighter but my issue was my left side. The clinic isn’t interested and have told me they will not have anything to do with me now so I’ll have to seek further a five elsewhere and to also get advice on my awful raised and very visible scarring.
