Escape to the countryside for a full day of family fun at our five-star museum and historic working farm. Tour our period farmhouse for a sense of what living on a farm was really like more than 50 years ago, and discover how 300 years of farming and rural home life have shaped and altered Scotland's countryside in our museum.
With each season there's always something fresh to see, from newborn lambs and calves to harvesting and haymaking. You'll also find plenty of life down on our farm: Aberdeen Angus cattle, Tamworth pigs, Ayrshire cows, Blackface sheep, Clydesdale horses and White Leghorn and Black Rock hens.
