j&w carpets east kilbride ordered 1 pkt off flooring which was a discontinued line which was ordered in for me but on collection they were charging me £20 for it but originally paid £11.99 per packet when questioned the price the staff were dame right rude and said on my way out the door just put it in the bin one of them said to his work colleague as i refused to pay this i think this is a disgrace the way i was treated just because i said no thank you this deserves no stars but wouldnt let me review without them shocking

Flooring for the flat!
My brother and sister who live in Ayrshire both recommended J & W, as they had been pleased with the standard of service from the Ayr shop. We went to the Rutherglen branch and were impressed by the selection of off-cuts available. The prices were competitive and the staff were very obliging, doing our measurement calculations and providing names of suitable carpet fitters in town.
