Hired to assemble brand new Nordictrack elliptical in November 2020, for £95. Left the handle of the elliptical lose and scratch on the hard floor (which was covered with the machine and only noticed after moving it much later). Contacted them to come and fix it only to be told they are not working due to the lockdown. They did not respond to calls or messages ever since. To be avoided.
