AN EXCELLENT SERVICE!

My wife and I deliberated for ages as to which cattery we should use for our two 9-month old kittens, prior to going away on holiday in April 2007. After some research on the Web, the Crowbank cattery was bought to our attention – this seemed like an ideal place to leave our two cats, due to the quiet location of the cattery (It is located in the middle of the countryside, just outside Cumbernauld), and the fact that it charges very reasonable rates compared to some other catteries in the Glasgow area! (Crowbank charge £5 a day for a cat, however we made use of the discounted price available, seeing as our two cats were sharing a pen - One of the other catteries I phoned wanted to charge me £16 a day for the two cats!) The staff at Crowbank are great, and have a totally professional attitude to running the cattery. They allowed my wife and I to check the cattery before making the reservation – we took a run up to have a look one evening – we both instantly knew that our two cats would be more than happy at Crowbank for a couple of weeks. The staff took their time to show us round, explaining how the cats would share a pen, coupled with frequent access to a large play area during the day. Leaving our cats behind at the cattery when the time came was very sad, however we both had no doubts that the two little rascals would be spoiled rotten during their stay. After our holiday, we returned to Crowbank to collect our cats – we were extremely pleased to hear that they had settled in to their temporary accommodation, so much so that they definitely had a bit of a “refusal" when it came to putting them in their carrier to take them home! Well done Crowbank – an excellent service, I would have no hesitation in using your services again in the future, I am sure my two cats would thank me for another holiday at your cattery if need be!
