The White Hart Inn is Edinburgh's oldest pub and dates back to 1516. Plenty of legendary people frequented here in the past including Oliver Cromwell, William Wordsworth, and Robert Burns. Named after a rare highland creature, our pub offers fine ale and world-renowned whiskies. Enjoy award-winning haggis and champion ales in an intimate setting and why not bring along your furry friends as we're dog-friendly. We were voted Edinburgh's Most Haunted Pub in 2005, but don't let that scare you off. This family-friendly pub is a real Grassmarket gem, with a cozy setting and a great beer garden. We have free WiFi too so you can stay connected with the outside world during your visit. Everyone is welcome at The White Hart!
