Not Happy
Early last year (2014) I put a ring into this jewellers to have the stone replaced and it took several months to get it back. I called them several times to enquire as to what was taking so long and was given so many excuses that it would take too long to mention them. Finally I got my ring back and it did look fine, however a few months ago the stone fell out and I have tried many times to contact the shop but no one ever answers the telephone! I am definitely not happy!

very poor service
Attempted to charge £52.50 for a watch 'repair' when all that was required was a battery.
