Disastrous after sales attitude!

I visited the Queen Bee for the first time last weekend. I spent almost £400 in store. The assistant in the shop was an absolute gem and was really helpful. Initially, I was going to leave the shop quite quickly after entering because I felt the atmosphere was unfriendly. However, the assistant, who thankfully came to attend to me for shoe sizes, turned out to have a great rapport with customers and was sincere and genuine in her observations of various clothes and shoes that I looked at, that I was encouraged to spend more time and ofcourse money! Suffice to say, I left the shop almost £400 less well off but happy with my purchases. Unfortunately, the sting of the queen Bee was about to strike when I made a request for an exchange of an item of clothing which, I felt undecided about when I tried it on the next day. The queen bee herself was venomous in her sting, informing me that under no circumstances would I receive a credit note or exchange(I didn't even ask for a refund!) because I changed my mind! Shoppers beware! That lovely worker bee deserves an award for working with a queen Bee who claims she offers a 5 star service! She appears to have no clue at all about what it means to offer a 5 star CUSTOMER service!!! Please please, potential customers, find a nicer hive that seeps of honey, not grabbing money!
