scratchcards woman

have been going to the mace/centra for several years now and always had a pleasant experience as they have everything you need, there is only one problem that has made me turn on my heels and walk back out of the shop and that is one of the employees. the girl is small dark hair and glasses, you always see her walking about scratching scratchcards and smoking when shes not working, the girl is the most rudest person i have ever encountered to sit behind a cash register, i am always polite with my pleases and thank yous and i dread to ask this woman for anything from behind the counter as she either rolls her eyes or storms off with a sigh to get it, she basically throws your change at you and i just cant comprehend how this woman still does this and no one has complained about it? the woman almost done herself in £10 one day and i had to tell her 3 times i only gave her a £10 note, the laughable thing is when she realised and took the £10 back she said "i already know i was counting it"? this irritated me that day because i was being honest and could have just left the shop and said nothing and i wouldnt have got this womans attitude for helping her. i feel this woman seriously needs to adjust her attitude towards customers as its definetly not good for buisness! i walk into the shop and look straight away to see if shes working and if she is i turn and walk out. the rest of the women in the shop are really lovely girls, very friendly and love to help and they are a credit to the shop.
