Terrible Customer Service and Sale Defective Products
I rate PTS (Jebbs) a zero! If you are planning on purchasing any items/or services from here please dont, go to a reputable retailer! Didn't realise that product that cost me £300 was defective until after installation Avoid at all costs!

Terrible Customer Service
I purchased a product in the Grosvenor Rd branch, which was defective. Unfortunately I was only able to find this out after it was installed. The staff and manager at the Grosvenor Rd branch were totally uninterested in providing any customer service. I paid a lot of money for this item and am stuck with it. I can't afford to change it. Avoid this store and go to B&Q instead, I wish I had.
