the shop is on the first floor so you have a flight of steep stairs before you get into the salon. i went for a spray tan that i had booked 3days before. i sat in the waiting room for 20mins with no explanation for the wait. there where other girls standing behind the till so it was not because they were busy. i stood in my under wear with my hair in a ponytail, sprayed and then dried by a heater. the result was very, very dark but even worse was the run marks around my neck and the pale missed bits around my ears and hairline. no hello,goodbye, how are you? nothing.
