I booked a body contour wrap 3 weeks in advance. I made the appointment over the phone. It was for my wedding and I was so looking forward to the treatment. When I phoned the morning if the appointment to confirm and check the time I was told the salon had no record of my booking and that they don’t even do them anymore!!! Why take my booking in the 1st place !!
