Dont deal with this company. I agree with all other reviews. Customer Service is none existent, as a gas hob failed to work once installed. As it was a new appliance to be installed in a flat, the company was contacted and were far from helpful. Stating they would send an engineer to fix the faulty burner.However after arrangements were made for the engineer to call, the engineer did not turn up, and i was contacted to state, that they did not cover my area on that day? If that was the case, then why organise for an engineer to call, knowing they did not offer service for my appliance on that day ?? Would have rather spent more money on a decent brand appliance, than waste a small amount on a cheap no brand appliance. Would never order from apelson again.

Purchased oven and hob . After 17 months the fan oven developed a fault . Lots of phone calls and passed to and from different departments and still not resolved . They don’t want to help you once you have purchased a product . The warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on . Ron Winn the customer service manager is a disgrace .

It's nearly a month since I have tried to renew the warranty for a hob and an oven so that I can get the 2 years free labour and 5 years parts guarantee within 30 days. No such luck and nobody even picks up a phone! Appalling service.

It is an absolute disgrace the way this company work, had an engineer turn up first time to tell me the oven needed a new temperature nob and a replacement would be ordered and a return visit would be booked, after two weeks rang back as no one contacted me to be told that an engineer would be out on that Friday to fit replacement part for no one to turn up, rang again to be told the part had not been delivered and would be in the following week and booked another day off work for the engineer to visit for them not to turn up again with no phone call to inform me of this at anytime, rang back again to be told that the oven is now un-repairable and to return it to the store purchased for a refund and expenses would be paid for refitting new that I have now been waiting another 2 weeks to receive, in all with time off and refit I have list nearly £1000 for a £200 oven that is supposed to be under warranty, I think Rob Winn who is supposed to be the manager needs to have his position in the company looked at!!!!

i bought a dishwasher from this company and its failed in 18 months, rob winn and claire bashforth in customer service should be ashamed of themselves with the way in which the have refused to deal with it, appauling service

terrible service , never ring when they say they will ,they never apologise for their mistakes they take your money upfront I'm absolutely disgusted at the way I've been let down and misinformed , I'd better get my money back asap or I will be taking it further , don't use these people , they need staff training and the manager needs to learn manners and and customer care , I'm surprised they have any customers they are a joke

Hood arrived with the bulb and glass panel rattling around inside the metal unit smashed to pieces. Customer services told me to write in and send photo of the pile of broken glass! I sent letter over two weeks ago but have not had the courtesy of a response. Rang customer services again and was told someone would ring me. Still waiting for the response!

I bought this hood approx 5 weeks ago and the motor has already failed. I have been trying to contact them (Apelson Appliances) now for a week, I keep getting put on hold, I wait about 15/20 mins. hang up and try later. Only once got through told them the problem they asked for some info. I didn't have to hand and before I could find it I was told to ring back later, when I explained the problem I'd had getting through they gave me a "direct line no." and told me I would get through straight away, I rang it and got through to exactly the same place and again put on hold. I have now given up the thing is being sent back and although they don't know it yet I'm getting my money back

I bought this appliance 3 months ago, it wasn't cheap but has failed within 3 months, The clock has failed, the timer has failed (undoubtedly linked to clock failure), the illumination for the controls has failed, and the alarm is going randomly driving us mad. Overall a very poor low quality product. Avoid!

Just installed new hood which was replacement for a premier range one, less said about that company the better.Would say this is a bargain for the £80 quid paid and build quality is par for the course,when delivered grease filter was damaged,but new replacement was quickly dispatched. I have nothing but praise for the efficient service this company have provided.
